A running total of the money we have saved people, who would have otherwise had to pay out, simply because they didn't know their rights or had the wrong approach.

The format:

When (For whom) - List of charges saved - action the person had already tried - Penny pincher's action - total money saved

This running total does not include money saved via:
* Shopping discount codes (available for members in our hidden "online shopping" section)
* Gardening tips (Used instead of buying)
* Swapshop section (Where unwanted items can be exchanged for FREE)
* Recycling (When money is paid for your household waste)
